Submitting a website form requests contact from A1 Roof Pros but does not create a contract, guarantee an appointment time, or require either party to proceed. Scheduling is confirmed separately by phone, text, or email.

Photos may help us understand a concern before an inspection, but they cannot establish the full condition of a roof. Do not rely on a preliminary response based only on photos as a substitute for an on-site evaluation.
Estimates and changes
Any estimate or proposal is based on the visible conditions, measurements, assumptions, and scope stated in that document. Hidden damage, code requirements, customer selections, or changed conditions may affect scope, schedule, and price. Project-specific documents control over general website content.
Warranties
Any workmanship or manufacturer warranty applies only when stated in a signed agreement or manufacturer document. Website language does not create or expand a warranty.
Storm and insurance information
Information about hail, wind, or insurance-related work is general. We do not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, claim value, or payment. Coverage decisions are made by the insurer under the applicable policy.
